General
A non refundable deposit is required in order to secure your pamper date. This is to be paid bank transfer. Upon receiving your booking form we will send you a deposit payment details via text email and will provisionally book you party date. Until a deposit payment is received this is only considered a preliminary booking and the date in question remains available for another party to book. Upon receiving your deposit we will confirm the balance which is due on the party date. Please note the only method of payment on the party date is cash.
Your are required to pre-book all treatments at least 7 days before the party date. Whilst we will always try to accommodate last minute treatments changes we would advise you to give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. Once your pamper party date has been confirmed, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual cancellations, unwanted treatments or no shows. Prices are a per person price and can not be shared between or split between party guests .Any parking charges will be charged to the client. Travels surcharges may apply you will be notified of this upon booking if applicable
Parking
We need to be able to park outside your home or venue for free. If there is parking charges to pay then this must be prepaid by client. If a permit is required please have this ready for when we arrive. It is not acceptable to expect us to park roads away from your venue when we have heavy equipment to set up. Town centre locations are not ideal for us to attend. Please do not expect us to illegally park. Please bare this in mind when booking.
Flats/Stairs
We do not attend 1st floor and above flats with no lifts unless someone is willing to carry the couch up the flights of stairs and down again. Our equipment is very heavy and this is a strain on us and our backs so please be mindful of this. Where possible we prefer to set up on the ground floor. This is also a safety precaution.
Travel
If we have to travel over 30 mins or 10 miles from our base you will incur a travel charge. This will be quoted to you on booking. Includes gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers have a 6 month expiry and will not be able to be redeemed over this period. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the treatment you will loose the voucher.
Cancellations
Cancellations made over 48 hours may be moved. Cancellations made within 48 hours you will loose your deposit. Cancellations on the day you will be charged in full for the appointment.
