What will the mobile therapist In Kent bring and what should I prepare ?
Prepare a space for the massage table , these are approximately 6ft long and 2ft wide. It may help to put the heating on to warm up the space beforehand. This ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage.
Your mobile massage therapist will bring everything else for your treatment, including a massage couch, towels and selection of massage oils.
We would recommend having a warm shower or bath before your mobile massage. This can help you to relax your muscles before therapy begins. This may also help improve muscle recovery after the massage!
What do you recommend to create a home spa atmosphere?
We want your treatment to be a relaxing one, therefore we would recommend that our mobile therapist sets up in a room that is private and a comfortable temperature . You may wish to close the curtains if you find it easier to relax in a dim lit space. You may wish to play your own relaxing playlist or burn scented candles or incense during your treatment to help you destress and create a home spa atmosphere
What should I wear?
Our mobile massages include the use of massage oils, so we advise that you undress to your underwear for the treatment . On arrival, your mobile massage therapist will prepare the therapy table and oils and then they will leave the room so you can undress in privacy. At the end of the mobile massage treatment, your therapist will leave the room again to allow you to get up at your own pace and get dressed. Please note, it is required that underwear is worn throughout all treatments.
How do you tailor my massage to my requirements?
Please let us know prior to appointment should you have any special requests regarding your massage. Your therapist will complete a consultation form prior to the treatment in order to tailor your treatment to your specific needs.
Ensure your therapist is aware of any injuries and allergies you have and areas of your body you wish for them to give extra attention to. Discuss with your therapist the pressure you wish to be applied before and during the treatment and feel free to let them know if you wish for it to change.
We advise that you seek advice from a Medical Practitioner regarding whether massage therapy is appropriate for certain medical conditions.
What will happen during the Mobile massage In Kent ?
Your mobile therapist will leave the room while you undress and lay on the bed on your tummy with the towel over you. They will then work through the requested treatment, working on each parts of the body while ensuring that the rest is covered by the towel. They will assist you in turning under the towel when necessary.
During the massage your therapist will work through the massage requested, and they may speak with you regarding pressure and your general comfort. This is so they can make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with the massage treatment. Please let your mobile therapist know during your massage consultation at the beginning of your treatment if you would prefer for it to be carried out in complete silence.
